This FAQ answers common questions to help you understand how Mighty Meal Prep works, from ordering and delivery to what happens after you place an order.

Orders

We deliver every Sunday between 6:00pm – 9:00pm.

  • Orders placed by Thursday 11:59pm → delivered the same week’s Sunday
  • Orders placed after Thursday 11:59pm → delivered the following Sunday

No.

  • 20-meal plan → 5 meals delivered weekly
  • 40-meal plan → 10 meals delivered weekly

This is spread over 4 weeks to ensure freshness.

Yes. When you place your order, our team will reach out via WhatsApp and you can let us know your preferences then.

Yes, we do.

Just inform us when we contact you on WhatsApp, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Yes. Preferences can be updated before each week’s delivery.

  • Meals you plan to eat the next day or within 1–2 days → store in the chiller
  • Remaining meals → store in the freezer

Yes. All meals are prepared and packed to be freezer-friendly.

  • You’ll receive meals weekly
  • The plan runs over 4 consecutive weeks

Mighty Meal Prep is designed primarily for beginners and those restarting their fitness or weight-loss journey.

It’s ideal for:

  • First-timers starting a diet
  • Gym beginners
  • Busy individuals who struggle with meal planning
  • Anyone who has failed strict or overly “clean” diets before

Our meals focus on sustainability, enjoyment, and consistency, not extreme restriction.

Yes — especially if you’ve never tracked before.

We intentionally keep meals flavourful and satisfying so you’re more likely to stick to the plan long-term.

Currently, our meal plans are not designed for advanced athletes or competition prep.

They are built to help beginners build habits first, before moving into more aggressive calorie cuts later on.

Yes. Once your diet routine becomes consistent, we can review and adjust your meals (e.g. switching proteins or reducing sauces) to better match your goals.

Our meals are moderate-calorie, not ultra low-calorie.

We intentionally avoid extreme calorie cuts because beginners often find them unsustainable and difficult to maintain.

We use chicken thigh because it’s:

  • More flavourful
  • More satisfying
  • Easier to stick to long-term

Beginners tend to quit diets that feel dry, bland, or restrictive. Chicken thigh helps prevent that.

Sauces are included intentionally to make meals:

  • More enjoyable
  • More filling
  • Easier to stay consistent with

A diet that tastes good is a diet you’re more likely to follow.

Yes. All sauces, marinades, and cooking oils are accounted for in the macros.

You’ll still see calories, protein, carbs, and fats clearly listed on every meal.

Weight loss depends on your overall daily intake, but our meals are designed to make it easier to stay consistent, which is the most important factor for beginners.

Consistency beats perfection.

Starting too low often leads to:

We prioritise habit-building first, then adjustments later.
