Reheating Your Meals
Once your meals are defrosted, you can reheat your them using these methods.

Frying Pan:
Remove the meal or meat from the packaging and pan-fry at medium low heat.

Microwave:
Use the maximum heat setting and heat your meal or meat for 4 to 5 minutes.
For meals, please leave the lid slightly open while microwaving it.
For meats, please remove them from the packaging and transfer them to a plate for reheating.

Air Fryer (for Meat):
Heat your meat at 200ºC for 10 to 12 minutes.
Tip: The longer you heat up the chicken breast, the drier it will be.
